By accessing or using VenueProposals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to active users.

Description of Service

VenueProposals is a venue management platform that enables hotels and event spaces to create interactive floor plans, build proposals, and share them with clients. The service includes AI-powered space detection, collaborative editing, and analytics.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update it if it changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or using the service for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VenueProposals. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service. Our platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Limitation of Liability

VenueProposals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
